Our story
Traditional flavours, served fast
Touch of India began with a passion for sharing the rich flavours and culture of India with Brisbane. Our menu draws on traditional recipes and aromatic spices, from creamy butter chicken and mango chicken to goat curry on the bone and biryani, with naan cooked fresh in the tandoor.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch while shopping, feeding the family or catering for the office, there’s something on the menu for everyone, including plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
For us, fast never means cutting corners. This is family food. It’s the smell of onions, ginger and garlic hitting the pan, spices toasted until the whole kitchen smells like home, and curries cooked slowly until they’re just right. Our chefs bring years of skill to every pot, and we buy fresh ingredients and halal meat because that’s what makes the difference. You might be grabbing a quick lunch at the food court, but we want it to feel like a meal cooked at home.
